CANCELLATION INSURANCE– insurance is advised as cancellation or curtailment of the holiday is non-refundable unless the property is re-let. All bookings from August 1st 2020 are covered by our flexible cancellation policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason between 60 days and 2 days before the start of your holiday and get a full refund. This does not cover you for the last 2 days before your arrival so we still recommend that you get UK travel insurance (just in case you were unable to travel at the last minute for health reasons for example) but it does give you peace of mind and you can book with confidence.
Please see T&C’s for full cancellation terms.
SMOKING- smoking is not allowed inside any accommodation. If smoking is suspected to have taken place in any of our properties, the deposit will be retained to cover additional cleaning costs.
EXTERNAL LIGHTING – please be aware that there are no intrusive street lights at Woodend of Glassel so you may need your phone torch or a separate torch to find your way to your lodge in the dark.
